Fishing and keeping fish

With changes to Bow river regulations the new keep limit is 0.
Does anyone know of areas where you can still fish and keep around Calgary? It's just nice to know that if I ever catch something more than 5lbs I can actually keep it.

There are a number of stocked ponds around Calgary but you won't typically catch anything 5lbs in them. Would even be surprised if there were any 5lb pike in chestermere.

Hi Mike. Just peruse the ES1 listings in the fishing regulations. All the places you can keep fish will be listed there. Easier and faster than us rattling off all the places for you.
