I was there on Friday and fished two sections of the creek, both were pretty much blown out. Looks like the melt has begun. I wouldn't recommend anything down there other than the spring-fed creeks.

Umm the Prairie Creek I am referring to opened April 1.

cschache was sure keen on exactly where you'd be located on the northern prairie creek that doesn't open until June 1st.
