Outboard concern, or not ?

I was running the outboard with muffs on and I noticed some water coming out behind the speed tube and never really noticed that before? Also a perfect little stream from a hole by my gear oil plug screw that lasted a little bit after it was shut off and muffs removes? Is this normal and I'm just being paranoid?

The only place water should be coming out is the exit hole on the engine. If other you have a problem that could be one of a few things.
