Sheep River Conditions

Hey guys;

Anyone been out to check out the conditions on the Sheep yet? Is it as bad as the Bow is right now?

Been going down and clearing steadily the past few weeks. Still not clear, but no longer brown.

Drove over today on way to high river & it's green green looking good.
Nice to see a little extra water in it too !

Crossed it on way to work. Looked much higher than previous few days. Must be the rain. :(

The sheep was high and dirty this morning when I left home in Turner Valley. All the thunderstorms last night has it buggered up.

Walked the river through Okotoks tonight and it's fast flowing and very dirty. Looks like a lot of run off from the rain of the past few days.

How bad is the Sheep now?

Levels are a bit lower than normal for the period. Clarity is good, water temperatures are dropping now with the cold nights. Watch out for spawning Bull Trout.
