Beretta CX4 Storm is available in .40 oops sorry, just noticed your non-restricted spec..not sure if a longer barrel is available for the .40

Not sure about the gen 2 kel tec sub 2000, but I believe that the gen 1 was available in .40. This is not a rifle you can expect to shot 1000s of rounds threw!

Baretta CX storm is another...well it is a Carbine and can be had with or without the barrel that makes it R or not.
BTW, 9mm is once again becoming the caliber of choice in LEO ....

I believe P & D Enterprises has the MelTec 2000 model on sale for like $869 in 9mm and 40sw. Tempted to buy one

Kriss Vector has one of theirs in a 40 S&W...now also in 10mm (.4 cal) just saying. Hope that helps
