Normally, I wouldnt do this...but, you are NOT going to find a better outfit than Garrett Bros. up on the clearwater river. I have numerous bear hunting videos in my library and their video of the 2008 season is as good as it gets...I am SERIOUSLY looking at booking with Gunslinger for 2010.

Give these guys a shout...simply the best. I.M.O.

i am looking to hire a guide. the dates are may 11-25. pay depends on skill equiptment etc. but most of the guys are good a 150/day. we are up by high level.

Gosh i was getting paid $150 a day and that was 12 years ago. Is that still the going rate for working 17 hours a day?

ya $150 a day use your oun truck and quad and gear did it for 20yrs and they still pay the same:evilgrin:

Not worth it if you use your own truck for sure. I parked mine in camp and drove quad 15+ hours a day. It was fun for a couple weeks but I was sick of bear hunting by the end of the season.

I may be interested. I am in high level, would need to check and see if i can get freed up for that time. pm me and i can let you know more. I have a truck, quad, tub trailer, the whole works.

yep and I know the money isn’t all that great but you have to do it because you love hunting. There is something to be said about bringing a real 400+lbd bear into camp even if you didn’t take it wiht your own bow or rifle.

x2 gonemoosen ,i have been guideing for 25yrs and there is a great feeling when your client tags that trophy good luck to you and your guide this season.when i was younger i would drive three provinces to guide if that was where the job was .:)
