What chain lakes lookin like

Chain lakes south of Longview. What's the clearity like. Also willow creek? Thinkin of taking my son there this weekend for his first fish.

Was out there a few weeks ago, clarity was ok, but the lake wasn't calm so not the best judge.

There was 3 of us, caught about 15 fish in about 6 hours, fish were about 15-20cm. They were biting on red and white spinners and spoons for the most part. We started with various types of bait and didn't get a single bite in a couple hours before switching to spinners.

Thanks for the info. I'll be fly fishing hopefully willow creek but if it's too murky I'll try the lake
