My Harrison bipod went missing some how ...looking to replace it I like to be able so shoot from a kneeling position if needed. I always took it off when I went sheep hunting due to weight but hated leaving home withnout it. Is there any good light weight bipods out there that extend that you would recommend ?

I carry snowshoe poles or as they are sometimes called "walking sticks". Use them for walking, then when I want to shoot, use the loops to make a cradle for the rifle to lay in. Unlimited adjustment and as steady as any product on the market.

I made my own, they attach to the gun, weigh less than 4 ounces and don't scratch the gun. Mostly I'm a bowhunter though so I don't use them much.
