Thinking about camping at interlakes campground for a couple days. Anyone had much luck fishing the lakes from shore?

I used to a few years back, there were A lot of risers in the morning. Hasn't been like that for the last 2 years. Your best chance is the dam. If you keep going past interlakes entrance. Interlakes is a really nice campground though, enjoy the peace and quiet!
There are a whole lot of small lakes within a decent hike. If you need any tips, just pm me!
