I think it is normally around May long weekend.

most lakes the first stocking is may long then july long and if theres a 3rd stocking its sept long.

hasse will be stocked may 15 usually with a couple thousand 5-6 inch rainbows.

Not couple thousand..Hasse is stocked with 40,000 Rainbows of 17CM long as per Alberta stocking program list

I heard that this year they may not stock Hasse at all,
because of the perch and pike there....,
I talked to a dude last weekend he confirmed catching a pike in the winter 38 cm long and witnessed a woman pulling out 2 as well ice fishing.
Been there last night for 4 hours , 6 people on the dock not a single bite :mad3: it's time to find another fav lake... it sux .

I have some "secret insider information" that they're stocking Spring Lake (west of Edmonton) tomorrow (May 8)......

Also, I think last year Cickakoo was stocked for mother's day.

Yup, Spring Lake was stocked on May 8. Also, I talked to some fish & wildlife guys, and they said that they are still planning on stocking Hasse.

thanks to earth daddy beaumont pond was stocked a few days ago he said he caught lots of 6-8 inchers.
