Does anyone know how's Pigeon doing ?? Would it be ice free by May long??

Thinking about taking the family to Pigeon next weekend.

was thinking the exact same thing.... doens't look good (ice) we're gonna head 20min west of pigeon and hit up buck lake for the long weekend. went there last year for may long had great time and fishing was awesome.

I'M doubting that the ice is gone off Pigeon for the May Long Gong show . AS last week there was maybe 40 feet of Open water The rest was ice . Unless She gets really Windy and Hot Hot Hot days , I'm doubtful.

What is the ice like at Buck Lake? Anyone know? We can always camp at Pigeon and put the boat in at Buck.

buck is ice free!! why not camp there too? Save the drive.

i think May long will be very busy for the lakes that are open...:o. not much option there.

But less watersport's boat for sure.

Yeah thats for sure!! I'm heading there wednesday night to snag a couple of sites for myself and a friend that can't get out there till friday night. If anyone is interseted in meeting up there by all means especially nice when kids have other kids to play with:)
