Need some basement rough-in work done.
We're in the process of finishing the basement and looking for some feedback on some of the plumbing companies in the area.
Ballparks for the work were requesting is all over the map, from $4000 to over double that.
Need our in-floor hooked up (it's already roughed in the floor, needs manifold, pump and heat exchanger - we already have dual purpose hot water tank).
Rough in for wetbar (dish washer/sink/fridge). Utility room and plumbing is directly behind this wall - easy access).
Washroom rough in. Shower/tub. Sink. Toilet. Standard downstairs washroom.
House is one year old.
