No ice on west end of slave!!!!

Drove from high praire to slave lake today . Minimal ice in the west basin but quite a bit in the east basin . West basin will be ice free in 2 days !!! Which is great because i will be at the hill and hollow campground in faust on thurs may 14:tongue2:

Great news...thanks for the update. Been away from home and have not checked it for a few days now. Anybody been checking the east end closer, is the ice flowing down river yet???

Some ice has been moving down river. Tomorrow, weather permitting, will flash up the glider and check out the east end from canyon to the riv.
