Goat hunt 2017

Some of the many pics from last week. My old man shoots a cranker 83 7/8 and I didn't do to shabby myself 78 4/8. Seen a lot of good quality antelope. Dads gave us the slip opening morning so we went and shot mine. The next morning we were back on Guss and closed the distance from 1 1/2 miles to 200yds. My boy also go his first chicken.

Wow! It was a really tough year for goats this year given the drought and increased tags. You guys should be really proud of yourselves.

I was impressed myself. We put in the scouting time and saw a million antelope. Lots of very respectable bucks and 5 very good/ shooters. Figured we had a few good winters in a row and are due for a bad one so we pulled our tags.
