Uploading Pictures

For the life of me, I cannot seem to master the skill of uploading pictures and posting them on this site.
Can anybody dumb in down for me?

Easiest way I found was to buy TapaTalk. It’s a couple bucks but keeps my sanity.
Plus, you can set it up to notify you if some one quotes you or sends you a message, etc.

You could also just use a free picture hosting site like Imgur. I used to use Photobucket before they held us up for ransom, and so far Imgur has worked good for me. All you need to do is open an account, and upload your pictures to your account. From there, you can host them on chat boards like this one.
