Called the neighbor to see if any of my dogs had blown over to his place and did see a random gas can blowing through the back yard an hour or so ago but the pheasants are still hunkered down in the hutches. Sporting clays in Mossleigh has been cancelled due to wind and I suspect had they launched them there I could have shot them in Langdon.

I watched some geese flying over my home an hour ago, and with winds gusting to over 100km/hr they were not making much progress against the wind. At least our power is back on in Camrose, as it was out for about 30 minutes.

The geese I saw tonight were flying with the wind, It was actually kinda funny to see them moving so fast. I bet they had a heck of a time coming in for a landing on the reservoir though!!
