Ordered tags online

Does anyone know why the tags you order from Albertarelm online come from Vancouver?
I ordered mine up and got a giant envelope for 4 tags that is postmarked from Vancouver which I thought was odd.
The Government can't even keep that kind of stuff local?

The software company who develops and implements the tag/licensing system is located there. For whatever reason, probably wasn't a qualified company in Alberta that does that sort of thing.
