Tbar,
It used to be on the Ketucky DNR site but seems to have been removed.
If you google Deer Boning Video you will find several links to sites with good information using pictures. You will also find several videos for sale on the subject.
Good luck, hope this helps.

Tbar, if you PM me your e-mail address, I can send the file to you. The video is 26.8mb, so make sure your server can handle it.

With all these questions lately (not just on this site) about butchering animals it gets a guy thinking how much a person could possibly make if he started a butchering class for hunters that dont know how to butcher their game.

A few years ago I got as a gift a video done by the fellas at K&K deli in Edmonton. It's a great DVD as it shows both smaller (deer) and bigger (moose) being cut. I'd recommend it because it's easy to follow and the narrative is well done. You can tell the guy in the video makes a living cutting meat and not acting.
If you call K&K they can probably point you in the right direction.
As for teaching a class...I doubt you'd make much, most of the hunters I know are either broke or too cheap to pay.

Great responses everyone...thanks!

Used K&K video to process a deer and a moose and it was great. Set the TV up in the garage with a DVD player and watched, paused, cut then watched paused cut, etc.
