I put in at the bridge with my kayak. I was quite suprised at the lack of boat traffic and shore fisherman. Most walleyes were holding close to shore in less than 15' of water. Small jigs tipped with a Gulp minnow and a vertical presentation was the ticket. All fish were 14 to 17'' and quite skinny. It was a nice day on the water.
