HVAC Question. Type B Vent Pipe Clearance

I am remodelling my bathroom and thee "Type B Gas vent pipe is running through the room but was framed around. I would like to move that wall as close as possible to the vent pipe to gain some space on the counter top / vanity. Do any of you know what is the code for clearance on that pipe?

Type B (double wall) is 1" clearance from combustibles, type C (single wall) is 6"
