Any recommendations for a contractor to build a small 1000 to 1500 sq/ft cabin at Buck Lake?

If it is North Buck, you will be hard pressed to find better builders than the guys from the White Russian community at Plamondon.

I will vouch for a few of them. By the way, they are also very avid fishermen, so have a sense of humour if you have to take them out a few times after work.

The worst one was a plumbing contractor who kept bringing his zodiac to the cabin I was building, and would fish all lunch time - afternoon when the fish were biting, and kept coming in when the guys would call him on their cell phone when they ran into a question.

At one point, I brought out my minnow net, and we were wading around catching bait that I thought he was going to use the next day. I turn around and he is back out in the boat catching fish after fish, yelling and whooping, while the staff were running drain lines in the basement.
