Fished cvr last Fri 7 hours 1 bite, fished the islands, north end,in front of the rock wall at south end. We fished in 5ft,10ft,15ft,20ft,30ft, nothing but a small pike. Has anyone been out and if so are they bitting yet. Thanks Dave

Crawling valley res its about 1hour 40mins east of calgary, great walleye fishing when they start to bite

I always considered going here myself just to give it a try but, I have no clue where to setup for some decent shore line fishing. I dont even know how to get down there yet. Anyone willing to hand out some directions to a decent place to plant the butt of my rod?
