I am from Whitecourt and have usually hunted bear in the Judy Creek/Swan Hills area, I thought I would try somewhere new. I am planning on going down the Bigstone and hunt in and around the Little smokey and Berland area, I have seen bears there in the past and its good bear country, has any-one heard of good things, like 7 foot good things?? Thanks in advance for any info.

Ive done afew hunts in that country. Yea, what your looking for is there. Boy would it be a hoot to be able to bait em in that neck-a-the woods. I dont think it matters where ya go out there, there are big bear all through it.
