Heading out to Gregoire Lake for the first time to find some walleye. Any tips on where to start looking for them?

Hit the weed line to the left of the park boat launch when there is a moderate breeze
it is generally about 13' of water.
single hook with a minnow and a split shot .
Drop the hook until it touches the bottom then bring it up about a foot , lay the rod on the gunwale of the boat and just watch the rod tip!:)
Let the wave action on the boat do the work, when the rod tip starts twitching then bends , set the hook!:sHa_shakeshout:

Leeches and a 1/8oz hook also work well there, cast and retrieved.
We also use inline spinner rigs trolled with a winnow, and lindy rigs with a floating jig head.
There are some humps in the lake as well that produce good fish.
Yellow rubber tails work fine as well.
