Pick up a copy of Barry Mitchell's Alberta Fishing Guide. It lists most of the fishable water bodies in Alberta, and it tells you what fish species are present.

Its a small lake with only small stocked rainbows in it. You can usually catch a few everytime from shore. Was just stocked in the last two weeks.
