worst day fishing ev-ar!
that being said, gorgeous day, good bbq and ice for ten feet out from shore. earliest I've seen for awhile, gone after about 3 hours.

southern alberta. the overnight was minus 11. the water temp last week was considerably warmer than today. all that snow cooled things off mucho rapido.

Weather is variable. At Calling Lake it struggled to make zero and snowed for 80% of the day. Surface temps at 42 degrees. Still awhile to go but off to a really good cool off this year.

Fishing was awesome btw! :)
