After viewing this video clip: how do you verify your helper has consumed a large enough breakfast to be an effective counterweight?

He needs to bring his entire family. Infant children can be slung on improvised outriggers to increase the leverage effect.

In one small farmer owned shop I worked in when I was 17, we had one small fork lift and one big one. One type of skid we would build was just a bit too big to move with both. Luckily they had employed two counter weights. They would get these two guys (over 300# each) to hang on the back of the smaller one. I always wondered, being a welding shop and all. Could we not just build a counter weight holder and put some suitcase weights on it...SMH.
