.... I am looking for a small lasagna pan. The one I'm using is a ceramic 8X8 dish with 2 inch sides ( this is a recipe for 4). I am finding the sides to low, and after looking for a high sided 8X8 ceramic, am shut out. I found this on Amazon, and asked on there but got two stupid answers, about its suitability. So my question is would a steel pan work for lasagna? It has 3 inch sides.

Steel works! You might look at someplace like Russel food equipment. And just buy a “hotel insert” they’re about 10”x 12” or so and come in 2” or 4” depths.

Restaurants cook lasagne in steel all the time.

Should be able to find what you need at Crown in either Calgary or Lethbridge
