I just purchased a yamaha viking ranch edition last week. Need info on seatbelts?

I’m 5’8 and 235lbs. When i strap in i cant move. My arms are long enough to drive and put in gear and that's it!

Are these utv’s made only for small people?

You can unbolt the seat for 3 different seat depths.

Plus I take the 3rd person seat belt and buckle it into the drivers belt so I’m not getting my speed limited for not being buckled up. Just an idea.

my mother on her car had to get seat belt extenders. She was then able to push the seat back and give her room between the steering wheel and her chest. I think seat belt extenders are common but do not know who she got them from

The sales guy told me that also. But have to get tied up when riding trails.

Try another machine to see if it's the same. Maybe a defective belt built too short.

I have a new Wolverine X4, I'm 6'3" 270lbs and my belt fits.

Finally found a solution to the problem. Was asking aroundand yesterday i saw a heavier guy at the gas pumps. He had a piece made that bolts to the original holes and moved the top belt anchors down 4 inches and he can easily fit into the utv and has a bit of loose to move.
