Thinking of heading down there this weekend. Anyone been down? What's the ice like?

Just got home from MacGregor. No tape
Measure but ice was around 12-13 inches I guess. Maybe 14. All clear good black ice.
No trucks on, about 4 other groups out. No snow on top so bring the cleats.
Not one bite in 5 hrs but lots of pike on the camera and even a few whites.

Fished north and south ends today: as described above - pretty well dead.

Fished traverse. It been hot and cold. Caught 3 pike over 42 inches and 30 walleye one time and barely a bite another time.

Oh PS about 8-10 inches at New Years. No vehicles on ice
