Does anyone have a report on Lac La Biche? Ice conditions? How much snow? Ok to drive on? TIA

Was there yesterday , ice at poplar point was 16-17 inches just enough snow to make it a little tough to get around but a few trucks were going across where the ice road was last year but no ice road yet. Locals say there has to be 24 inches before md opens road . Fishing was a little slow.

How is the flood ice situation at la biche? Heard a couple lakes around the area had some fairly bad spots

Was on the east end of the lake today. Fair amount of snow on the lake with some flood water. Getting around is tough. Fishing was not great but managed a couple nice ones 👍🏻
