Does any one know if fish and wildlife can take a trapline away from some one that is not useing it and if so do they ever do this.

Yes, you must actively utilize your registered line or loss it. There are different interpretations on this though. F&W can explain it all for you.

I have seen letters that they have sent out threating to take away a line but i was curious if they will actually do it or have done it.
