Does anyone recognise this ice auger? The claim to be making ice augers for other major brands for a decade. Now I notice it for sale in costco here (http://https://www.costco.ca/RAZR-20.3-cm-(8-in.)-Curved-Hand-Ice-Auger.product.100465675.html)

just wondering if its any good. The costs are not bad.

Looks like strikemaster design. For sure the blades look like strikemaster

it really does look like the strikemaster. I noticed they are looking for prostaff members at the moment and i'm in the market for a battery operated auger. Thats why i'm curious

From what I can find out on google. The company that is making this one did build some of the components for strikemaster in the past

I bought the electric from Costco last year and it was defective. Power was cutting out. It was a fast cutting auger, I was happy with it until it started acting up. I returned it and bought an Ion. I noticed Amazon is selling them now and Costco isn’t. I don’t think RAZR is in business any more.
