I was out a month ago and it was slowwww ... anyone see it picking up recently?

Will be targeting jacks by the weeds.

We were out yesterday and it’s still slow, started on the south side and saw a lot of whites on the camera but couldn’t get any to come in, covered 4-22ft with no luck, made a move to the townsite from 12-4 and caught 2 hammer handle pike and one walleye on the jaw jacker, still didn’t see a lot on the camera, it’s been like this all winter unfortunately, let’s home the last half of winter is more productive.

another day, another good one, I'd bring them in and buddy would catch them, he outfished 3x as many as me, after 3 or 4 years finally he got 1 teenager, rest hammerhandles, few walleye, great weather and the elusive whitefish cruising and no one biting!

Out Saturday on the far SW corner ... off of the weeds ... fished 5 hours, 3 people ... 4 - 20 ft, 3 hits on the tip ups with none hooked. VERY slow.

Maybe they are out in the deeper water ... was after pickeral and Jacks.

Weirdly slow ...

I had friends out a couple weeks ago and it was the same thing, one nibble and nothing landed.

They were talking to the COs and they were saying it has been slow for a couple weeks now.
