Wondered how many different things would be considered to help Orcas.
Sealions don't catch healthy chinook salmon in the ocean but do target them around obstructions leading up to spawning rivers. It will be interesting to see what happens in areas with problems sealions.
Massive areas now designated off limits to salmon fishing, US greatly increasing salmon hatchery output, new limits to whale watching and now sealion and seal harvest being considered.
