Edmonton area lake?

What’s the snow conditions like? Are people driving on on let’s say pigeon, lac st Anne, wab? I’m Taking the extended family and all the kids fishing for our family fishing day on Saturday. Was hoping not to have to bring sleds and that I could just shuttle everyone to and from shore with my truck. Thanks in advance.

Driving on wont be a problem. We had between 26-30" of ice out at Wab last weekend. There is a fair bit of snow on the lake if you veer off the regular paths. It's doable in a 4x4 truck with decent tires and ground clearance.

I was out on Lac St. Anne yesterday, snow is pretty evenly uniformed about 4-6 inches around Alberta beach and the south west areas, easy to get around with 4x4 with good tires, but I wouldn’t chance it without at least 4x4
