Many years ago, you could access the mouth of the Sturgeon River where it dumps into the North Saskatchewan, by walking down from where the big culverts are. I haven’t been there in probably 40 years. Can you still get access to the mouth from there? Thank you for your replies.

Yes you can. I went to turn around at the culvert and come off plane and got stuck. In real high water you can run through the culvert.
