ok this might be a dumb one but I am a little unsure of what is the regs for walleye from drayton to the alberta/ saskabush border

I read them and thought it was open for walleye over 50cm my dad read it and thought it was closed

can someone set me straight, this all comes up after I spoke with a philipeno guy who said he had 4 and they were in his car already now was he poaching and i let him walk or was he in the right i have no clue the size of fish he had but can u keep them is more the question
