Kananaskis Lakes - Boat Restrictions?

I'm heading camping out to Mt. Kidd next week and looking at bringing a 14ft boat with the 9.9 hp outboard. I am wondering if it can be used in Upper K lake, Barrier and Spray or is it electric only?

I was up there last week and I dropped my boat in Upper K. Lower is okay too. I am pretty sure there is a boat launch at Barrier as well and I don;t beleive there any restrictions.
