Wilsons beach ( Gull lake) boat launch

Would like to access Gull from east side Has anyone used this launch?
Does it have dock?
Can I launch 16 footer in there?

I was by there earlier this summer and that launch was closed, as per sign by the road. Maybe it's been repaired but I have my doubts. Maybe someone else can verify.
