Fishing backpack

Hey my old fishing backpack is nearing retirement and i need a new one. It does not have to be a legit “fishing backpack”, but thats what im using it for. My last one was an ugly laptop backpack that was amazing handy. I would love it to be waterproof/comfy. Any suggestions? Ideally not crazy expensive either.
