Poundage requirement for upland in Saskatchewan

Wondering if anyone knows what or if there is a minimum poundage for bowhunting upland game in Saskatchewan? I'm told 40# for big game.

I was just reading the regs yesterday. I believe it said 40# for big game nothing is listed under game bird though.
