I am looking a buying a bow and gave two different options right now.
A bowtech carbon knight or a diamond sb-1! Any advice would help.

One that fits, shoots and feels good to you.....

I would suggest heading to a pro shop like JimBows or Accurate Archery. Even if you don't buy a bow from 1 of these the locations, you will obtain lots of valuable information and maybe help you narrow down your search.

I have a diamond infinite edge for my son. I just really don't like the back wall it has, uses string stops, little spongy. My current bow uses limbstops which gives a solid back wall which I really like.

Don’t count out APA, if your using it for hunting they have a lot of great features for in the field use. Also, just came out with a new micro tuning feature and its all Canadian made :)

My real problem now is I'm righthanded and left eye dominant

I’m LH/right eye. I draw my bow back LH with my right eye closed, acquire target open right eye and shoot with both eyes open.

I’m running the carbon icon and it satisfies the “kill all the things with a bow” category I needed to fill. When I was bow shopping I also wanted the carbon knight but Jim bows didn’t have it in stock at the time so I settled for the carbon icon and now 2 seasons later im still happy with my purchase can’t see any reason for a new bow. Best advice I can give is try to get your hands on both of them shoot them back to back pick the one that feels better in your hand with a nice draw cycle. Don’t get to caught up in the advertised FPS if you put your bow on a crony it won’t be as fast as the paperwork says.

Lots of us are like that on here. Go for a left handed bow and don't look back.
Go to a pro shop and try a few, you will know which one you want from that.

Well I've been shooting at jim bows in Edmonton a couple times and turns out shooting left was working better for me. What's out there for sale LH? Not looking to spend a fortune cause I'm just starting out.

Jimbows can basically get you any bow in left.
