Interesting development, good to see pipeline and LNG Terminal still going ahead full bore and investment firms willing to risk their/our $$$ on project. Hope same happens to TMX pipeline.

Pipeline tolling agreements are guaranteed rates of return. Always have been, always will.

Only question is whether you want a locked in rate, similar to any other Utility Company, or do you want a better return in the market place.

That is why Utilities whine to the regulatory Board about how hard it is to make money, and they need a rate increase all the time.
