Red Deer River Clarity

Does anyone know if the river is clean by trochu.

Drove over Tollman bridge yesterday and it looked pretty good, they haven't got a lot of rain lately. Again, that was a quick look from the bridge, didn't go down to the water but a couple of people were swimming.
