Issue buying fishing license on alberta relm

Is anyone else having trouble purchasing a fishing license for 2020 on the alberta relm site?
I have purchased many licenses in the past without a problem but today when I enter my payment info it won't let me check the disclaimer box to accept the conditions of the purchase.
Usually when that happens you need to actually scroll through to show you read it but there isnt anything more to scroll through. However, when I check the box to register to auto renew the license only then does it let me check the disclaimer box and continue to complete the purchase.
Is this a glitch? I dont want to auto renew for next year.
What am I doing wrong? Thanks for the help.

I got mine last week and had no issues buying it and printing it.

I struggled on phone and tablet, had same issue. Worked on computer though 👍

Thanks for the tip I just tried doing it on my phone and it worked like a charm. Good to know for next time.
