thingy) to a rapala crankbait? because i saw someone do that and just
wanted to try that=)
and does anyone know a good grasshopper lure that i can buy in calgary? only one i know is one made by Storm
Any advice much appreciated!
The way you attatch a spinner to a crank is use a split ring to attach the spinner to a swivle and then another split ring to attatch it to the crank where the rear hook would be. I'd use somthing other than a panther martin as I dont know that you can get a split ring onto the blade due to their abnormal shape. One thing to be aware of is that if you have too large of a spinner on your crank bait the drag at rear will kill the action. I find small willow or indiana spinners work best because they have less drag than colorado spinners.
