Fishing in SSK at Medicine Hat.

Went out fishing by the library in the river last night and only caught 1 gold eye. Trying to catch walleye and pickerel rigs kept on getting snagged. Caught the gold eye with a spoon. What should I use.

When I lived in the hat I always had luck for walleye on the down river side of the trans Canada bridge lived by the green house so could just walk down had no problems catching with pickerel rigs there with cpl minnows good luck
