Not sure if this is a hybrid or not. Any one know?

that pics really a tougher one. It sure seems like a saugeye, as a sauger 9 times out of 10 has more dominant dark blotches along the body. Nice catch, gotta love that NSR. I go with Saug-EYE.
heres another example of a Saug-eye, not me though......

I'd have to agree that it's a tough one to call. I've been surfin and looking at various images and it seems to fit the description. If it isn't a saugeye it is a walleye for sure though because of the white tip. I've got no clue and thats why i asked. It has spots on tail and dorsal, it has white tip, and sides are a little blotchy but I'm no biologist and just not sure what to think.
The fish in that pic would be nice for a walleye let alone a saugeye!

Only once!! LOL. Thanks for the opinion and you could very well be correct I'm just not sure. One thing is for sure IMO....it's not a sauger.
Hey,potch let me know the next time you hit the NSR...I have been looking for some good people to hit the spot with, and someone who actually appreciates it.
