registered trapline/farm leases

If a farmer has fenced leaseland that was on a registered trapline, is that considered still part of the trapline? reason I ask is, a farmer that I met up with has major wolf problems and would like someone to help with his issue .I don`t want to step on any ones toes here and **** a registered trapline owner off here first and foremost! but cannot find any info on trapline rules and regulations regarding leases...thoughts?

Yes its still part of the trapline. Find the trapper and if they have no interest in trapping that lease, maybe they will be willing to put you on as a junior.

Like herc says it is part of the Trapline. If it was private land within the Trapline then the landowner could give you permission to trap.
